Charge your electric car with the cleanest energy on the grid
JuiceNet Green helps you charge cleaner by moving your EV charging to times when solar and wind power are at maximum production and fossil-fuel power sources are at a minimum. It’s available as an optional software add-on to any residential JuiceBox or JuiceNet-enabled EV charging station.
In the mobile app or web dashboard, set the time when the car’s desired charge is needed.
The JuiceNet Green predictive engine calculates the periods during the specified charging window when the cleanest energy on the grid will be available, and then sets the car to charge accordingly.
If a charging session needs to be completed sooner than JuiceNet Green has scheduled, drivers can interrupt JuiceNet Green and simply charge without waiting.
Charge clean today.
shop nowClean energy sources such as wind and solar have grown into significant contributors to the electrical grid that powers today’s electric cars. However, dirty power derived from coal and natural gas power plants is still often relied upon, especially at times of peak electricity demand. JuiceNet Green’s sophisticated prediction engine leverages grid data to charge your EV with the cleanest energy available.
In many places, renewable energy is more available at certain times of the day, and energy from natural gas or coal is more available at other times. JuiceNet Green makes sure you’re charging with the cleanest energy available to you, given your charging needs.
Improve local air quality by driving a zero-emission, battery-electric vehicle and charging with the cleanest electricity possible. On the JuiceNet dashboard, monitor progress and the CO2 emissions you’ve eliminated by charging green.
Charge your EV with the cleanest energy
Maximize charging times to when solar and wind power is at maximum production.
Minimize your EV’s pollution footprint
Reduces carbon emissions impact of EV charging.
Completely automated emissions-prediction technology
Estimates how much CO2 will be emitted on a per-kWh or per-mile- of-range basis, knowing which power plants will provide electricity for charging an EV.
Based on recent EV efficiency and electricity emissions data, 25% of Americans live in regions where EVs can produce more global warming emissions than efficient gasoline vehicles.
To combat this issue, we have developed an EV charging solution that makes EVs cleaner by automatically ensuring they are powered by the cleanest “marginal fuel” available on the local power grid.

JuiceNet predictive analytics engine schedules the charging between the time the EV was plugged in and when the car is expected to be needed next in order to minimize CO2 emissions. | |
EV drivers will sometimes have an ability to initiate a charge barred by a 'waiting for greener power' signal - in this event, they can either wait for cleaner power or just hit the “Charge Now” button in the JuiceNet app. |
